Petroleum Coke is mainly used as fuel on the clinker ovens dedicated to cement manufacturing, at the Power Stations to be blended with coal, on the ceramic ovens, for lime manufacturing and for other industrial processes. Petroleum coke is micronized on high capacity mills for reducing its sizing to 60-120 microns depending on the system’s specifications. This way, it becomes a fuel which flows in an air stream Hill reaching the burners.
